Chanelle Splurge

Here is the big reveal for my Joseph surprise! As you can see it is not a Chanel item but it is what I call a “Chanelle Splurge” this is when I buy something extremely extravagant and my bad shopaholic side takes over. In my defence this was not an impulse buy as I have wanted a Balmain jacket for a long time. Ok ok I know I already have one but the other one is a boxy over sized silhouette, although I love it I can not wear it with everything as it is a particular style. The last two seasons of Balmain have either not had the signature Balmain shoulders or the hardware in gold. As soon as I saw the gold hard wear, the big shoulders and fitted shape I had to have it. I saw it months ago but could not bare to spend £3590 on a jacket, I mean that is more than a Chanel Boy bag for god sake. After weeks and weeks of constantly thinking about it and trying it on too many times I took the plunge because it is something I’ve wanted for so long and I know I will keep it for ever and wear it to death. I have been working extremely hard the last month working seven days a week from early mornings to passed midnight, I have lost weight recently too because of how much rushing around and stress I have been under; have I convinced you enough how much I deserve it and earned it (hee hee.) I am also thankful to Joseph for transferring the size I needed and giving me that extra push to make me buy it. I will be uploading a post tomorrow of me wearing it so you can see it on. These photos are from my phone so tomorrow the photos will be clearer.

What are you thoughts? Am I mad or do you think it’s totally worth it? Have you bought anything extravagant recently and if you could splurge what would you buy?
